You were such a man of honor and deep beliefs and fought to be a warrior againt evil. You gave so much of yourself. You are my knight in shining armour. I miss you and love you so.......

I remember the first time we met, Ron. Of course, we were ready to put you through the paces seeing as you were dating our mom. When you walked through the door with your "mullet" I wasn't quite sure what to think. And when she told us about your career, I was expecting you to be the quintessential "cop". But you were really a big teddy bear. We are so happy that you and my mom found one another. Thank you for taking such good care of her. Thank you for giving her 10 loving years of marriage. Thank you for being such a wonderful man. I couldn't have asked for a better stepdad.
